The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued the admit card of Joint Entrance Exam JEE Main – 2024 Session 2 on April 1. Candidates who have registered for the exam can download the admit card by visiting the official website. Students will be required to enter their login details to download the admit cards.
JEE Main 2024 Session 2 exam will be held at different centres located in about 319 cities throughout the country including 22 cities outside India. The results for the same will be announced on April 25.

The examination for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) has been scheduled for April 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, 2024 in two shifts. The first shift of the exam will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Paper 2A (BArch), Paper 2B (BPlanning), and Paper 2A and 2B (BArch and BPlanning) have been scheduled for April 12, 2024. The exam will be held in two shift from 9 am to 12:30 pm.

Candidates can download the JEE Mains admit card using their application number and date of birth. Follow the steps mentioned below to download the JEE Main 2024 admit card:

The admit card of JEE Main 2024 will have information about the candidate, exam, date, and time of the paper. All the details that will be mentioned in the hall ticket include:

  • Applicant’s name
  • Application number
  • Roll number
  • Father’s name
  • Course name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Category
  • State of eligibility
  • Candidate’s photograph
  • PwD Status
  • Test city and centre code
  • Date and shift of examination
  • Paper (BE/BTech/BArch/B.Planning)
  • Photograph of the candidate
  • Candidate and parent signature
  • Important instructions

JEE Main Admit Card 2024- Items to Carry at Exam Centre

Besides JEE Main 2024 admit card, students need to carry the following items to the exam centre:

  • Candidates will have to carry a printed copy of the self-declaration undertaking, which is a part of admit card downloaded from NTA’s website
  • Candidates have to carry a 50 ml sanitizer bottle
  • This time candidates have to carry a ballpoint pen to the exam hall
  • Candidates are also requested to carry one passport-size photograph to the test centre. This should be the same as uploaded while filling the online application form. The photograph needs to be pasted on a specific space in the attendance sheet at the examination hall
  • Candidates have to carry one transparent water bottle
  • Candidates have to wear masks and gloves while in the examination centre

JEE Main 2024 Admit Card: Items Prohibited Inside Exam Centre

NTA JEE Mains admit card 2024 will have a list of items that are not allowed inside the exam centre. Candidates can check the list of all items prohibited inside exam hall.

  • Pencil/Geometry Box or any other stationery
  • Handbag
  • Purse
  • Any kind of paper or printed material
  • Eatables and Water (loose or packed)
  • Electronic items and instruments such as Mobile Phone, Ear Phone, Microphone, Pager, Calculator
  • Instruments such as DocuPen, Slide Ruler, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder
  • Any type of watch including electronic watches with a calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices in the examination hall/room
